开会的目的是把话说清楚，把事情往前推进。职场和雅思考试不一样，不会有考官给我们的"词汇丰富度"和"语法准确性"打分。
母语者一样会说错，会卡壳，会用 "um"、"you know" 这样的填充词。会议里的英语不需要完美，只需要开口，并把意思传达到。
这里需要一点"反学习"，尤其是当我们刚出校门，习惯了凡事都有正确答案。所以，我们需要把注意力从"正确"挪到"清楚"上来。
开口前，不要想"这句语法对吗？"，而是想"对方能不能听懂我的意思？"。一句简单、直接的话，胜过一句在脑子里反复打磨，却始终没说出口的"完美句子"。

The workplace is different from the IELTS test. There's no judge grading our "Lexical resource" and "Grammatical range and accuracy".
And native speakers mess up, freeze, and use fillers "um" and "you know" too.

There's a bit of unlearning to do here, especially if we're fresh out of college, where we've been constantly evaluated against a set standard.
So let's shift our focus from correct to clear.
Before you speak, don't ask "is this grammatically correct?" Ask "will they get what I mean?" One simple, direct sentence beats the "perfect" one you polish in your head but never actually say.
