I used to be just like you: always quiet in meetings. At best, my boss thought I was shy. At worst, they thought I wasn't capable.
It's not that I didn't want to speak. Many times I did, but I'd hesitate at the last second. There was never a "right moment", and I never felt ready. It took me a long time to finally break the silence and start speaking up in meetings.
Starting out in your career and figuring everything out on your own is hard enough. As a non-native speaker (sometimes the only one in the room), it's twice as hard.
I tried a lot of things and took a lot of wrong turns. In this course, I've pulled together everything I learned while stumbling along the way, and everything I had to "unlearn".
It's the course I wish I'd taken before my first day at work.
